BIOGARAN’s website production.biogaran.com is accessible by the user 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except when further specifications are stated against that. BIOGARAN cannot be held liable when the internet connection is interrupted due to a technical issue, in case of force majeure events, during an update or modification of the website, following the intervention of the Website’s provider, an internal or external personnel strike, due to a network failure, due to an electrical power failure or due to a misuse or misconfiguration of the website by the user
